The same outstanding design work together with the supply of a complete home package of quality materials is standard. In addition we can help you with many of the other services required to successfully complete the building of your new home.
PLAN CHANGES
- All our plans can be modified to incorporate changes to certain dimensions of the home. This includes increasing the size of rooms that do not affect the key structural integrity of the home. A nominal charge for this service is involved and will be waived in cases where there is greater than a 20% increase in the size of the home.
